Profiling Strengths and Weaknesses

Pario Professional Profiling offers excellent insight into important aspects of work behaviour and motivation. The questionnaire enables an Executive Coach to gain insight into how the individual is currently directing their energy and attention. The completed profile provides a framework for a follow-up discussion.

There are two report options available. The first is a ‘bullet-point’ Summary Report of issues to explore further, which can be linked to the feedback discussion, and the second is an in-depth Full Report. This can be edited after feedback to enable a facilitator to note specific issues that emerged during the review.  

An extended (35 minute) version of the questionnaire supports the online Leadership (Personal Development) Course, which can be supported by one-to-one coaching and a group workshop.
